MODULES

1. Understanding Leadership
Explore personal, relational, and systemic leadership rooted in lived experience, culture, and care.

 

2. Cultural Humility in Leadership
Learn how to lead with curiosity, respect, and awareness, unlearning bias and centring dignity.

 

3. Reflective Practice & Positionality
Build habits of self-awareness, accountability, and values-led decision-making using Afrocentric reflective tools.

 

4. Decolonising Leadership
Challenge colonial norms in policy, systems, and education; redefine what leadership looks like through a healing lens.

 

5. Tackling Imposter Syndrome
Understand the roots of internalised doubt and learn strategies to lead with confidence and power, using the liberation toolkit.

 

6. Mentorship & Legacy
Learn how to mentor others, sustain change, and create space for new leaders to rise.
